Spring is here!

In Idaho, Spring arrives later than in many parts of the country. At least the weather is warming up and the grass is starting to turn green as bulbs slowly emerge in the garden.  By now, the trumpeter swans who winter here have left the valley and have been replaced by finches and robins poking around for worms.  The evidence of Spring is visible with the snow melt and muddy lanes, longer days, and the urge to spend more time outdoors.

A season of rebirth and new beginnings is a tribute by Mother Nature of her flowering beauty and resilience to withstand the long, cold winters.  It’s also time for Easter celebrations earmarked by baskets filled with chocolate bunnies, yellow peeps and jellybeans, and brightly colored clothes worn by young and old.

So, what is happening this Spring? We have a book signing event at Barnes & Noble on Saturday, May 28th in Idaho Falls at the GrandTeton Mall!  This long-awaited day has finally arrived (now that we are in a post-Covid environment), and I am very excited to participate.  Everyone is invited, and I hope to see you soon.  If you can’t make it to Idaho, I will let you know when we schedule our next book signing.  Since the country is now finally open again for business, promoting my book, The Fire She Set, is at the top of my to do list!
