September Blog – Harvest Time

Harvest Time!

September is one of my favorite months as we experience a change in seasons from summer to Fall and lovely, cooler temperatures in most of the country.  It is a golden month with the changing colors of leaves and ripe harvests ready to be picked and eaten!  Of course, it is also back to school month and retail sales soar as parents, teachers and students purchase supplies like notebooks and new backpacks.

It is also a special time as we celebrate my daughter’s birthday early in the month.  I have raised her and marvel as she has grown older on how beautiful, confident and wise she has become.  Like all moms, I am very proud of her and her many accomplishments.  As she celebrates another birthday, I wish her success as she follows her dreams wherever they lead.

With cooler nights, it is a perfect time to curl up with a warm, fuzzy blanket and THE FIRE SHE SET (either in book, kindle or audible form).  And if it is time to start a book club or schedule your next get-together, please feel free to call me.  I would love to visit and meet my beloved readers!
