April Blog – All Things Small

All Things Small

There is an old adage that “good things come in small packages”.  I believe that is particularly true when it comes to jewelry, babies and puppies.  So, I can happily report that we will be picking up our small package in mid-April.  She is a beautiful seven (7) week old female, yellow lab puppy!  Our excitement grows as the date draws nearer and since we first saw her last week, at an adorable 4 weeks old, we simply cannot wait!

Adding to our good fortune is warmer weather in Idaho, with a significant snow melt and sunny days.  Easter is around the corner and as I look out my window, I just saw my first robin who is looking very fit indeed!  As we transition from winter to spring, I never fail to marvel at the changing seasons, especially if you live in a state that boasts all four (4) of them.  We kindly refer to spring as “mud season” so we actually have five (5) seasons.

So, I strongly encourage everyone to go find their own small package and enjoy!  Don’t forget The Fire She Set, a book which fits snugly in a purse or backpack, or the audible version, which takes up no space at all!  Happy reading, happy spring and Happy Easter!
